Grand Teton National Park, Wyoming
Last night we slept at the Clark Hill Rest Area in Ririe, Idaho. For breakfast we had yogurt parfaits with the black raspberries we picked yesterday in Idaho Falls.
In the afternoon we walked around Downtown Jackson, Wyoming. It was a fun area to explore, but quite busy. While in town we stopped at three different mechanics, but no one was able to help with our van door.
We drove in to Grand Teton National Park and stopped at the Craig Thomas Discovery and Visitor Center which has some really excellent exhibits. Our campground reservation for tonight is at Headwaters Campground at Flagg Ranch, at the north end of the park. We drove north along Teton Park Road past Jenny Lake. What an insanely scenic drive! Pictures just don’t do the mountains and vegetation justice.
